Wondering if anyone has any tips or drills on how to keep my feet a little more planted at impact as i tend to come up on my toes quite a bit and seem to release the club too early which causes me to flick my wrists at impact.

Never really noticed before just how much you're leaning forward at the end of the swing. Could hinder your balance?

Over swinging and casting the club on the way down. Looks like you are getting out to in which makes you lift up and chicken wing your left arm to allow the club to get to the ball.

I would suggest a wider take away, much less wrist hinge and start down pointing the butt end of the clubshaft at the ball to get you more from the inside.

Yeah I've always had a over swing, it used to be that bad the shaft of the club used to hit the back of my neck and it does still creep in.

I'll give it a go trying to have a little bit less wrist hinge and see what that does, if that fails I'll just get some concrete golf shoes to keep my feet planted! :)
