1, maybe 2 tickets going for face value for this concert. I'll know more in the next 24 hours how many.

PM me if interested, also metioned on Facebook, but first to claim will get. No time wasters.

Potential lift to-from Liverpool (or on the way) also for £20.00 each, taxi has already been booked.

1 or 2 out of 6 have had to pull out.

Genuine offer.

You'd have to pay me to go and watch him..... Good luck shifting them tickets at half price ;)

HID is going to it. Had her tickets for months. Its all I'm hearing about at the moment. Just cos the last two times she has been she was invited up on stage. Don't think she will be this time though(her looks have well gone). Don't tell her though she will kill me.

Hello Dave, not sure if this link will work, but this isn't you is it:-

If not search under angry scouse guitarist.

What with your previous avatar photo, and you may have picked up the accent from the missus.......

Ewww the Etihad? Better disinfect yourself after you've been in there.

It should be a better atmosphere than the last time I was there (Carling cup semi-final first leg). 10,000 empty seats in the city end, 15,000 empty ones with 5 minutes to go, when we were winning 1-0. :)

Tickets have now been sold BTW.

Please don't come into ASDA across the road to try and buy alcohol before the gig. I spent most of last weekend refusing Coldplay fans alcohol and getting moaned at by them. I can't handle it twice.

I must be losing my marbles, thought it was a Tesco, must remember:-

Villa has an Asda
Bolton has a Tesco
Wigan has an Asda
City has an Asda.

Cup of tea, and a slice of cake.

I must be getting old. :(

I bet you sold out of anti-depressants though. :) Or are you still stocking up from the end of May's back order.......

Don't know about the venue, but if I was able to I'd go to see Bruce like a shot. I didn't rate him until I saw him in the '90s at Wembley stadium when he topped the bill and stole the show and I became a big fan. Definitely a great showmwn and always performs well beyond his expected time to give real value.

Enjoy - best performer in the world. End of. Big shame that Clarence Clemons "the big man" won't be there - I used to get goose bumps on his solos

It was BOSS, sorry. :)

One of my top 3 best concerts, slightly missed the start, but what a showman, especially at his age. There was emotion, good old fashioned rock music, good ballads.

Thunder road was the highlight for me and the missus, our new "our song". Unless we missed it, he didn't do born in the USA.

Amanda - was that you on the stage in the union jack jumpsuit, or the one with the pink leopardskin leggings, and wellies?

I've seen Bruce dozens of times but that was right up there and probably pipped Paris in the rain as my best show ever. The place was alive and Bruce was having such fun. Highlight for me was The Promise on the piano closely followed by The River. Emotional night as I loved the Big Man but thought Bruce handled that well.

I was neither the large (ish) one in the jumpsuit (yikes thought she might suffocate Bruce) nor the very good dancer in wellies!!

I thought you'd be more lithe than the jumpsuit girl, being an ex triathlete. :)

At least the rain wasn't as bad as forecast. If you want to potentially save £4,000.00 plus dont read the next bit........................

I knew you would, I was checking out concerts etc in the states, as me and the missus are going to watch Liverpool play in Boston and Baltimore in a few weeks. he is playing in Boston, but miss him by about 2-3 weeks.

When going the Baltimore game, we're going to stay in Philadelphia, as only down the road, and they have a museum that have an exhibition on about him:

An exhibit devoted to all things Bruce Springsteen will launch at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia this winter, reports the AP. The display will feature the Boss's guitars, handwritten lyrics, and a 1960 Corvette that Springsteen purchased after Born to Run became a smash hit. This same exhibit has been set up at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland since April 2009 but will close there in February and move to Philly, its only scheduled stop.

Were you in the standing front section where you needed wristbands, if so how much for them tickets? We were in the general admission, but got a good seat in the 1st tier not far from the stage. We didn't get in until 7.30, first song we heard was badlands, was it his first, as heard a roar outside, so thought it was his first only. Who supported him?
