It is a shame - but the ET just doesn't have the pull for the players now - £3mil prize fund is pennies to them.

I don't mind people not playing, as you said it's a long season and the prize fund Isnt great, but if your going to be one of the 4 to put your name to the event, you should be there.

Fair point I think. Looking at the pro am coverage on Sky the course looks in perfect condition
