That's a possibility as its either am golf then Market Rasen races or Darlo. Yet to decide. Made the trip to Gateshead 2 years ago and the match was called off for snow! £100 wasted

looking to take my mum to Lytham/Blackpool for Christmas, will take the clubs in the hope of a round but I suspect most clubs will have a comp of some sort on, I know there is a men's major on Boxing Day at ours.

Normally play in our Boxing Day Yellowsomes...... but HID has to work Christmas Day this year, so family arriving en mass on Boxing Day, don't think any kind of excuse will get me out on the course intact.....

I have played Xmas morning in previous years not at the moment though a 4 year to try and keep calm.
Would be nice to escape boxing day but the thumb print says NO! ....

Well I must admit I can only play Christmas morning down to the missus working at the hospital. The kids have now grown up are now 18 and 20 and they don't get up till midday so the dog comes with me and a couple of single mates. Everyones a winner, The dog gets a run and my mates get out on Christmas day. So you could say I am doing my bit for the community :rofl:

I've suggested going out for a quick nine on Christmas Day early morning before everyone arrives at ours and HimID told me not to be so bloody stupid. Told him I'll leave him at home and go and play. Probably won't though.......
Got the green light to play boxing day. HID has even threatened to come out and walk 9 holes with me if its dry and get some exercise
