Really cant stand Scotch but occasionally tried some bourbons and been pleasantly surprised.

There are so many varieties out there its confusing, any Bourbon drinkers with recommendations of good ones that dont taste like a peaty Scotch?

It's very expensive and not easy to find but you won't be disappointed - here's the full title:

Wild Turkey Rare Breed Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Barrel Proof.

Wild Turkey do other bourbons but this is the real deal - superb.

Likewise, much prefer Bourbon, have to say quite like Jim Beam myself. A friend had some nice Bourbon sure it had a hawk on the bottle. Also quite a fan of red stag but maybe a little sweet.

Wild Turkey 101 if you can find it but you'll probably have to order it online. Best bourbon I've tasted by a stretch. Makers Mark ain't bad but I normally go for Jim Beam as it's usually on offer.
