What happened
Should have smacked him on the head with an oar and left him to drown. Plonker. Not sure if he did it for a reason but it ruined what was turning into a decent race. More concerned about the Oxford crew member that collapsed in the boat at the end and hope he's ok now

Just read on Twitter that the swimmer was an LSE student called Trenton Oldfield and he was protesting against Elitism. Go figure!
