I have just got back from a round at our track, I went to sort out my driving (which let me down as often as it worked at Belfry)....after 3 drives I discovered the simple prob was I had been standing too close, only by about a CM or so, (maybe all in my head) but when I focussed on this extra little bit, every drive was either dead straight, or straight with a gentle fade on the fall and repeated throughout the round. Shot 80 but the greens had been treated to some concoction involving something I could only describe as slurry like (POOOOOEEEEE!)the ball on the green picked up this dark stuff and grit and was unpleasent to say the least, must have been a REEKOFRIENDLY treatment! :(

Thats a shame my old matey.
As you know I played your track the other day and the greens were lovely :)

Yep! and I think I discovered their secret to good greens today??? POOO! :D but thanks for letting me know you enjoyed the odour free type... :D :D

Reminds of when I played a track last year over in Lancashire. Can't remember the course. However, on one hole the green had been commandeered by geese. Have you ever tried putting a path round goose kak before!
Not very pleasant!

Gave the geese a wide berth too, too much honking and hissing for my liking!
