Had the kitchen done up about a year ago and have been trying to sort out somebody to come out and price up the job for new flooring.
1st guy comes round, measures up, and then comes back four weeks later with sample books. We select two options of what we want, he says he will be back round "shortly" to price up. Two weeks later he eventually gives us a price, we decide to go with the more expensive option, so he says "leave it with me".
We're still waiting some 8 months on.
Get in touch with another guy who says he'll phone us back to make an appointment.
We've never heard a thing.
3rd guy contacts me via facebook, "Yep, I'll be around at 3.30pm on Saturday (yesterday) with some sample books and to measure up".
Wife stayed in all afternoon waiting for him, he has both my numbers (home and mobile) to contact should there be a problem.
No show, and no phone call to explain why.
I am getting seriously pee'd off now.
