Diversity have just won Britain's got talent.

Fair winners by far. Just the fresh sort of act needed at the Royal Variety Performance.
Talent contests are usually full of singers. How refreshing to see a novel act performing.

Worthy winners!

Probably best for her sake that Susan Boyle didn't win it, anyway. She looked drugged-up tonight.

Yep. Very deserved. They were so much sharper and tighter than than Flawless.

For pure entertainment value, Stavros Flatley were spot on.

Singers can go and do X Factor imho.

I agree I thought Diversity were exactly what the show was about - talent. Keep the singers for the X factor and good to see Stavros Flatley have their first booking (Flintoff wants them for a charity event he's holding)

i must say that i thought that diversity deserved to win as well and was very closely given the perfect result which was for diversity to win starvos flatley to come second and julian smith to come third but to be honest after the auditions i actually wanted kay the human sax to win and i know it sounds odd but i found him highly entertaining, hilarious talented and unique and isn't that what the show was made to look for?? i believe it was

Obv a good result for the guys involved, and in no way casting doubts about them....

BUT

I've seen clips from the beginning of the auditions about how the panel would like to see a dance group win this year, and at the end of the auditions 2 of the panel voted for Flawless as their choice of winners.

Until the semis Flawless were rated as the better of the two groups, and then Diversity took over the mantel as best dancers.

Funny how the whole of the nations populace agree with what Simon Cowell wants.

Is it beyond SC to rig a program's results just to suit himself ?

The more of these programs there are, the more likely I think it is.

Personally, apart from a very select contestants, these all programs prove is that for the most part Britain has no talent whatsoever! I watched one of the audition shows just to chack it out. There was a guy farting tunes! And so many of the singers were even worse!

And its just finished in time for Big Btrother to start - oh deep joy - don't get me started......

TBH , Mr Methane has been around for years . I rememeber seeing him on the James Whale show in the late eighties/early nineties . BGT , to me , is about newcomers , people who are doing something different.

I'm so so glad Diversity won as the little chap with the curly hair is my friends son and they live just round the corner from me

BTW Is it only me that thinks that the young girl that fell apart the other night shouldn't have been given another shot.
had it been one of the weaker acts, it would have been thank you and good night.

All I can say is thanks goodness Sue Sun, the Violin girl didn't win it. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING......

Can you imagine an (albeit) attractive young female golfer hitting the ball all over the place and barely playing to 10 and being described as "talented".

S.C. and the other idiots know nothing about instrument playing.....the tarts that won the thing some time ago with electric violins are no better.....these girls were properly trained and sold out to thrust and gyrate in bikinis for a few quid. They might enjoy a few years success, then that'll be the end of that.......and yes, I know plenty of "ex" pop successes who are now slumming it unable to make a living.

One of my mates earned over 200k (in just two years) doing the pop/instrument cross over lark.....now he's broke, and on pills.....

Being a Led Zeppelin fan I thought Scala (the four pretty voilinists) cover of the LZ song Kashmir was pretty good.
However I do agree that if they didn't have nice legs they wouldn't be on telly - sad but true .

Absolutely Andy, the missus gets the hump the odd time because Im not sat with her watch tediousenders, crapanation street, holliebokes and lamerdale. Id rather sit and read the news or come on here etc than watch that nonsense that claims to be realistic.
