Anyone know what advantage a SuperStroke grip would give to putting? Any negatives? I have an Odyssey #7, any particular types of putter this is designed for?

Designed to fit all make and style if putter.

I had one fitted to my Scotty but after about 6 months went back to a standard size grip.

The idea of the grip is the size of it takes the wrists out of the stroke. If you have a tenancy to flick your wrists or have active hands these would be great.

I have neither and found the size of the grip made judging the pace of a putt difficult.

I had a mid slim 2.0 fitted, so hardly a cricket bat, but didn't like it in the end.

I've got the same putter and i had the 2thumb red grip put on mine but i didn't want to change my putting grip so the pro put it on sideways.

I like it a lot as it keeps my wrists tight with little movement through impact.

I know the SS are more rounded than the 2thumb grips but unless you try it you'll never know. I'm sure a decent pro would swap it if you didn't like the feel of it.

I was sceptical but our should had a cheap range come in with them fitted, one quick swoosh with a similar styled putter to mine showed me how active the hands were in the stroke, I've fitted one and not looked back!
