Belfry - Brabazon

Worth noting where it came from really.

It was farm land so mature trees were at a minimum. Compared with what it was when it opened the Brabazon has evolved to be a decent course for one still relatively young. I'm sure over time it will be tweeked further to improve the layout but it's not a bad course by any means.

I was lucky enough to use the short game are normallt reserved for the pros - that was fantastic.

I've had to resort to texting my response to Liverbirdie's comment otherwise I'm looking at a serious ban

Just got back and I have to say I was impressed.

From the minute we arrived it was a step up from what I'm used to playing. The course IMO is fantastic. whilst there were some similar holes, I find all courses have them. But the greens were true, the fairways fast and the lakes wet!

Course already earmarked for next year too.

I'm really wanting to tick this one off my to-do list. If anyone fancies a game on the Brabazon with a night in the hotel Your Golf Travel & The Belfry themselves have deals starting at £99.00 a head. I've got a 4-ball voucher for Drayton Park at £10 a head if of interest.

be quick. both the Brabazon and Drayton drain very poorly.

I'd definitely go back to the Belfry and play the Brabazon and PGA midweek on a deal.
