I'm laying in bed listening to the howling wind, very happy I decided not to enter Saunton today. Good luck Merv79 and Robobum, going to be tough out there today 
Still getting battered here, motorways closed around me, floods, high winds and bridges closed and we've had snow nearby across mid-Wales and along the M54, loads of traffic accidents being reported, lorries and cars turned over, it ain't pretty

Winds have died down here. One of our fence panels ended up in the road. Might be able to salvage it. Feeling a tad vulnerable to the local natives with a hole in our fencing now though!

Booked in for a comp at 9.00. Ran in to one of the committee in my local pub last night who told me that course being inspected at 7.30 due to the forecast. Sent me a text at 7.45 to tell me it was cancelled and course closed shortly after. Had a lie in instead
