Keeping a close eye on how the result of this one turns out. There are a few reputations on the line today 😁 Am sure the one that smashes it will be the first one on here

Well, the weather could have been kinder. Light & not so light rain on & off but it didn't spoil the day. It was nice to meet Williamalex1, aka Billy, & meet up again with Beezerk, who is in the middle of a week's golf at Gullane & other pointsNnorth. He & I took on Williamalex1 & my mate, 5 handicap KingofSwing. We took the first nine easily, four up and, on the way back were cruising. Unfortunately, the cruising turned to snoozing and we lost the last three holes to square everything. The course was in good condition for the time of year, although the tees were well forward. I do enjoy links golf & it doesn't come much better than this.
Nice to meet you Billy, glad you enjoyed your brief sojourn in beautiful Northumberland.
Here's a photo, taken just as the rain started again. Good job it wasn't cold or windy!

That looks like martyn and his 4 great uncles
Eagle 3 on the 4th...??
I'm sure it's only a par 4 in the winter on the forward tees
I can just sense the jealousy in this post
Jealousy....??
I'm not getting that one mate
I'm confused
Just know it's a par 5 on full course and par 4 in winter
I won't be jealous of you getting wet tomorrow, that's for sure

To be fair, the tee was well forward. It must have been the 6th , but still a good 3 Bill.
