Hi

Anyone one used the above before?

It appears to be a sponge, cased by rubber, you place in your pocket and can clean clubs/balls with it.

Does not need to be resoaked during the round?

I have images of a very mouldy sponge after a few months.

They are only 2.99 GBP so may be worht a punt??

Thoughts?

Only the other day as I was wiping a filthy ball on the side of my trousers on the green it occurred to me that I should really start carrying around a handkerchief. Maybe the sponge thing is the way forward.

Received something similar I think for Christmas once. They're fine if you remember to wet the sponge before you go out each time. Something I never remembered to do.

Gimmick, just carry a towel or two in or on your bag, pocket space needed more for necessities like tees/markers/strokesaver/scorecard etc. Also you can't get your glove hand into your pocket easily. Save your money for some post round crisps or something!
