Anyone seen good deals in the new year sales?

Looking at Bridgestone BRX at clubhouse at £23 per box for 2 boxes. Anyone used these before ?

Bridgestone in general make really good balls and in only transitioned away from playing them this year, though I preferred the RXS.

The BRX tend to be a little low spinning for me, but will for you plenty of distance off the tee if your a medium to slower swing speed and should offer god control around the greens. If you’re getting 24 balls for £23 that’s great deal and well worth the punt 👌

God control around the greens sounds awesome... 🤣

Appreciate the feedback!

I’ve ordered 2 dozen of the BRX. Firstly, I read that Fred Couples uses it and in my head I have the same tempo 😂. Also, at the cost of a box of 1 provX it’s a great deal.

Going on your tempo comparison any idea what ball an Octupus falling out of a tree would use?
If so I’ll order myself a couple of dozen 😂

It’s £23 per dozen if you buy 2 👍
I used them for most of 2025, very nice ball, absolutely no qualms in buying more from me…if I didn’t already have around 4 dozen TP5s 🤣

I misread it but still a good deal though for a decent ball. How do you find the TP5?

I really like the TP5 but I’ll be completely honest, I’m not a ball expert and I couldn’t say if one ball spins more for me than another, at my level I can’t see it making that much of a difference tbh. I just like to play a ball that sounds good off the putter and feels relatively soft with irons and wedges 👍

If anyone has seen deals on cally supersofts the details would be great.

Aware there are some moody ones being sold which have come via temu so very cautious on balls at the moment.
£24.99 or £24.95 everywhere.

But 3 doz from Clubhouse Golf gets you £22.49 per doz - saving a whole £7.50

Discount golf store were doing the new Titleist tour softs 2 dozen for £54.99.

Certainly not proV or even AVX level but they’re a good ball.

How’s the durability of the B RX compared with the likes of pro v1 or TP5?
I have not played this particular version of the BRX but have played lots of different versions of the Bridgestone through the years (just finished up my last lot of the BRXS red and green versions) and have never had any complaints about durability.

I saw a thread on Reddit the other day saying that Titleist have put the price up of the ProV1 by $3 per dozen so I'm expecting them to be trying to flog then for £55 a dozen here this year.

Might need to find a new ball when my current supply run out, not paying that for them even in the 4 for 3 deal.

I used them a few years ago now and the durability was excellent. Not sure about the newer models though, think it was 4 or 5 years ago I used them.
