Badly/un-repaired pitch marks

We don't have this problem with the members.
I rarely have to repair more than just my own pitch mark on greens, can be one or two more after a large visiting group but you expect that as they most likley are not all regular golfer's.

We don't have any notices displayed re pitch mark repairs it just seems to get done regulary by everyone thankfully.

my record is 24 on one green.

If you play with a soft ball Steve, you'll find it bites first time instead of bouncing around all over the place.

Same for us,. Ours is a pay & play so you kind of expect them to be pretty bad but it never ceases to amaze me the number of members who don't repair them. I normally get 2 or 3 per green, sometimes the ones of my playing partners. I even asked a guy once if he was gonna get his pitch mark and he didn't even own a repairer.

For me it's right up there with not raking bunkers, neither is difficult to do yet many people seemingly find it impossible to do both.
