Hello again my forum buddies! Please forgive another lengthy absence from posting as since my last post I have moved to a lovely wee cottage in Perthshire, changed jobs, not played much golf, and recently found out my poor Dad has cancer,in fact it has been quite a stressful period! I am finally feeling quite settled, and my iron and wedge play is at the highest level since I started playing just over 2 years ago.I still cant hit my woods/hybrid for toffee, but two booked lessons at Alyth golf club should get me back on the straight and narrow! It feels good to be back, and all of you good folk who offered me a game,I thank you,and I will be in touch! :D

Cheers mate,I didn't realise that! I never got my 3 cards in to mearns castle before I moved,so I reckon you are winning! :D

Hi Deke. Good to have you back mate, although sorry to hear about your dad.

The offer of a game is still there whenever you can manage. ;)

Thanks Del mate,I will try and get round to your track for a game soon,I have missed the golf banter something rotten! ;)

Sorry to hear about your dad matey. As you may know from here my mum's been battling cancer and had a recen heart attack so I know exactly what you've been going through. Touch wood things are looking better at the moment for her but if it helps I found the odd range session or the odd round on my own were great for giving your brain a rest from all the stress for a bit and giving you some important time to yourself.

Thanks Homer,I really appreciate your response, indeed going to the range to concentrate on my game has helped me out loads.Cheers!
