Away days

Hi All.
First time poster. Im looking for a weekend away with a couple of mates towards the end of our wonderful "summer". Is there any open amateur comps over 2-3 days or Opens close by each other during the same weekend. Ideally after individual comps. Flexible on destination.
Ive looked at a comp up the wirral that looks good,and noted one at St Andrews. Anything similar kicking about ?

the one on the wirral is brilliant played over 4 of the best courses in the area but you had better be quick in getting a place,have you tried vale of llangollen they have a week of comps 4 bbb,pairs and a singles fabulous course and plenty to do when not on the course.

jbVLGC ;-) Played enough times this year. Wirral comp looks very good but maybe a round or two too many for us. Financially more than anything accommodation wise.
