Second week in a row to get a .4 cut. Nothing wrong with that but for the second week in a row I had doubles and even a triple bogey due to silly decisions. Last week three stinkers and yesterday I could have saved 4-5 shots inside 2 holes. Should I be happy that I had a few birdies and the HC is coming back down towards 6 where I started, or frustrated that I cant get the whole round in without some drama?

BTW Smange, since you saw me block every iron I hit last week, I have my draw back and hit every par 3 in Reg bit of a turnaround.

If you ever walk off the course knowing you didn't leave any shots out there then that's as good as it's ever going to get. Personally I like knowing there's more to come, whether I ever get there or not.

know how you feel brendy, i somehow contrived to have 41 putts yesterday, finish with a triple bogey 8 and still end up in the buffer, can be a highly infuriating game sometimes lol

Your game sounds much like mine Brendy.In scratch matchplay i could hold my own with scratch golfers,but they'd turn me inside out in strokeplay.No matter how well i'm playing,i always manage to screw up a couple of holes,and when i say screw up,i really mean it,hooking and/or pushing shots oob,and 3 jabbing from 15 feet,you name it,i've done it at one time or another.

Take the positives mate easier to iron out bad decisions than bad play .. sounds like your game is in good nick cept you are choosing rather than hitting bad shots ... thats easily sorted .. couple of good cuts to show the game is good ,, keep it up
