Arnold Palmer Invitational

Loving Tiger's assement of his round...

"I didn't drive it well, didn't hit my irons well and didn't control my distances well or my trajectory. Other than that, it was good."

...and he's 3 under

And that's exactly what Rory needs to learn to do - grind out the under par score on a day when things are not going right.

Indeed, I said the same after he missed the cut at Dubai. Rory needs to learn that you don't always win tournaments by playing your best golf, sometimes, you just have to make a score.

Reports coming back TW between holes gave his ball to a kid with his face painted like a tiger.

This is said kid:  guy looks in his 20's

Looks like I'm gonna paint my face come 2014 at Hoylake

Interesting the bookies are only giving 3-1 for Tiger to win the tourney  I think those weekend Tiger charges are a thing of the past.....Looking at the leaderboard if Rose can put in a 68 or better tonight he's going to very much be the favourite to win this one going into the last day.

Fast start from Olesen today, 4 under through 4. I really like this kid, I wouldn't be surprised to see him challenging in the majors some time soon

Tiger's dead last in driving accuracy but still there or thereabouts. Pretty impressive scrambling. That bloke would be dangerous if he could find a fairway.

When has Tiger ever had to find a fairway? His driving has always been rubbish, I think he just works on the theory that the tee shot is just to get the ball nearer the green, then he starts to play
