the thing that makes me laugh is silly rules like " no smart phone gps's if the phone has a temperature app "
do they honestly think that people with sky caddies cant ask people with i phones what the temp is? what about people with a watch that shows the temp, is this banned too.
some of the golf rules are written in some secret code that only a percentage can understand, and even then they faff around and beat about the bush that the initial point is missed.
lets be honest, i could have all the gadgets banned on the market, yet with a 4iron in hand id still balls the shot up, why.... because i cant hit the dam club!
I really do wish golf would move out of the dark ages, you cant allow people to use one thing in casual play, but not in comps,
