Aberdour and Burntisland are amongst some quality parkland hidden gems. Another shout for Drumoig, agree it's a slog but buggies are available.
Downfield is decent but it has one of the worst par 4's i've ever played (16th I think, dog leg right).
Both courses at the Fairmont in St Andrews Bay are nice but likely to be pricey, likewise the Dukes in St Andrews but all worth considering.
Elie is a nice quirky links, not everyones cup of tea but it's an old mature course with a nice clubhouse and set up and not to mention the persicope on the first tee.
