Was thinking about buying an Ab Circle Pro as it looks a reasonably simple way to work on the core muscles. Has anyone got one/tried one?
you can get a medicine ball, sit on the floor back straight legs straight in front of you and rotate side to side bouncing the ball off the ground, thats a russian twist. go on mytpi they have loads of exercises for core training or get down the gym and get squatting and deadlifting![]()
