I've just discovered this forum and don't know many local golfers ! I've been playing at Gorstyhill opposite Wychwood park - i'd love to get a round in with some other local players.

Welcome to the forum, I'm about 35 miles away in Heswall. Don;t know of anyone in Northwich but there are a lot of forum members in the NW, if you're prepared to travel a bit you'll get plenty of games. We had a good day at Frodsham recently which is pretty close to you.
Best thing to do is put a post up suggesting a venue / date for a game and I'm sure you'll get some replies

I'd be up for a game at Gorsty Hill at some point. TonyN knows the scene between you and Chester. I know the scene between Chester and Shrewsbury. I'm sure there's scope for a game with some forumers in the future.

I'll try and arrnage one for the summer (August time). I'm a teacher so lots of opportunity.
Also will be playing in Telford as i have free rounds at Qhotels and somewhere else to use this summer.
