I organise a golfing trip for myself and some mates every year. We usually go do to Lanhydrock in Cornwall for a week-end but fancy something different this year.
After reading great reviews I have arranged to visit Forest Pines in Lincolnshire on August 6th/7th/8th (Friday to Sunday).
We will be playing 4 rounds of golf (one on Friday afternoon, two on Saturday and one on Sunday morning) and the cost of the week-end is £235.00.
This will give you all of your golf, two nights accommodation (in twin rooms) together with evening meals on the Friday and Saturday and full English breakfast on the Saturday and Sunday mornings. I have heard really good things about the hotel, so it should be quite a good week-end!
We hope to arrive at the hotel around 1.00pm on the Friday and would envisage leaving at around 2.30pm on the Sunday.
At the moment we have 9 guys going, but would really like to get a party of 12 so have three spaces available.
If you fancy coming along please let me know and I will give you some more information.
The guys going are all a good laugh (no miserable feckers allowed), they like a beer or two in the evenings and don't take the golf too seriously although we play for a small trophy and there are usually some side bets too.
Handicaps range from 9 to 17.
