Just bought a new house with a big garden.

plenty of room for a brick outhouse, ostensibly for storage but potentially to house a golf simulator at some point in the future.

looking for a ballpark figure to build such a structure, probably looking at approximately 4m x 6m, and 2.5m high plus pitched roof.

currently lawned, so groundwork etc required as well.

any ideas?

Is that big enough to swing a golf club in? Especially the height.

I think so, it's higher than the living room (2.36m), plus will have the roof space on top
