Looking for some advice. I want to bulid a lean to shed against the side of my house. Dimensions roughly 6m x 3.5m. Thinking of using metposts for the uprights.
How many uprights would I need for that length , and what size timber should I be looking at for the uprights, the spar across the house wall and the roof joists?
Thanks on advance

I was planning something similar with;
a 5m width and was going to have 4 uprights (4x4).
The number of joists (4x2) depends on the width of the roofing material

I built a carport down the side of my house last year so similar.

I'd suggest 4x4 posts, 6 ft apart.
I put my posts 6' 1'' apart in case I decided to enclose it with fence panels which I did for part of it.
Roof joists 4x2
Wall plate 6x2
Theres loads of videos on you tube on how to do it
