Annual Review

Not sure how you can say that without knowing the results of other comps that the player may have played in.

He is already at 5.7 - an annual review will only take him down to 5.5 clubs aren't allowed to take him any lower. So they won't take him down .2 because they also deal in full shots

Have never been included in previous annual review discussion (competition results have sorted out my handicap pretty well).

The following is this years handicap graph .....

not exactly what I wanted to achieve, and the guys on our handicap committee would laugh any consideration of review out of the room :)

I posted this on a thread earlier in the year.

Here's my qualifying results for the season just gone:

Foxholer says I should be flagged, hopefully just for the 1 shot

You can go up as well as down

This is kind of confusing but having crunched the numbers I think I've worked out my average versus the expected. I averaged 36.63 and the expected is 39.96. So, whilst there is a differential of more than -3, I received a cut of 1.8 (2 playing shots) through the season so am assuming I won't be flagged in the AR for a cut??

From my reading of AR reports, a -3.33 would produce a suggested 1 stroke reduction.

That would be very nice and appropriate as I'm scoring well still off 10 BUT my big cut came late in the season so not sure if that would prohibit an AR cut?
