We've done various ones of these over the last year or so.

But not this one.

You're only allowed 5 (I'm sure I said this on previous ones, and then gone and broken it myself straight away) but you get the idea.

Topic.

Your top 5 albums - film soundtrack albums allowed as well.

Damn it. Make it top 10 :D

Paul Weller - Stanley Road
Heart - Bad Animals

Oldies but goodies

Blues Brothers (original soundtrack) (wore out no end of casettes)
Earschplittenloudenboomer - Steppenwolf (though this was an 8-track release, so maybe an extended EP)
Enchanted - Stevie Nicks (3-cd)
Stripped - Rolling Stones
Alf - Alison Moyet
Pearls - Elkie Brooks

lots of others but I tend not to listen to them as albums. I load a lot to my MP3, or put 5 cd at a time on my stereo unit, and play them on random

Yeah, I know! I've read High Fidelity as well!

But to be honest. When we've done these things before, we've always really struggled to keep it to five. :( ;)

The great thing about these kind of threads, is that I can go and investigate music that I'd forgotton about or never heard. Doing it through Spotify means that I can listen to it all for free. :D

I don't have many albums, so this should be pretty easy, though I usually think of 5 or 6 in these Top 10 things and then fill the list with garbage...

1) Radiohead - The Bends
2) Queen - Innuendo
3) Pink Floyd - Wish you were Here (Would rather say a Best Of or Compilation, because my favourite tracks of theirs are mostly on a variety of albums.)
4) Jethro Tull - Thick as a Brick (Though same as above.)
5) Muse - Origins of Symmetry
6) Feeder - Comfort in Sound, (the special edition with the bonus tracks, including "All By Myself".)
7) Avril Lavigne - Let Go
8) Green Day - American Idiot
9) Alanis Morrisette - Jagged Little Pill
10) Skunk Anansie - Stoosh

(This list is likely to keep changing, apart from a fiew which will always be on the list.)
