American Golf Returns Policy

Well I rang them today and it turns out my 5i was just sitting behind the counter as the guy serving me had forgot to pack it with the other clubs. Im relieved to get it.....but its pathetic customer service imo. They could have at least rang or even emailed me to say id forgotten it.


............... But alls well that ends well!

Or you could have rung them earlier when you first discovered the 5 iron was missing
 
Yeah i could have. But after getting home at 8 oclock after my round when i discovered the 5 iron wasnt there i dont think it would have been open. So i rang them this morning and got sorted.

I just don't understand posters moaning about service before they have given the supplier the opportunity to put it right.
