I’m not sure the fact they earn full wage is an issue. Its a thank you. Not given because they might be struggling. Although in general I’d certainly not be giving money to the poor furloughed people who have 3 months off with little financial impact.

As above though I do think others are actually deserving.

Maybe it’s a thank you for all the amazing Tik Tok videos they treat us to ?

I believe you have to do it in store - and show either your pass/warrant card or your blue light card (If you have one - and if you don't do it! £5 to sign up and there's a lot of companies that endorse it!)
