120 yards, a little roll out towards the pin and I felt how close this was from the tee! Tap in birdies don't feel as good as they should!

This should have been the highlight of my day but the fact I strung together rounds of 26 and 27 for 18 holes of my local par 3 course. One under for 18 just about pips an almost hole in one!

Still pretty sure I could not get anywhere near this on the big boys course though, haven't hit a driver in a long while.

Could have been 2 under though

No bad going though. I often struggle with par three's best recent finish was -1 under for the par 3's at Slieve Russell but far to often I'm way over par for the par 3's on a course.

Nice shot. Close but no cigar. After 35 odd years and not even a close scare I've resigned myself to the fact it ain't going to happen for me
