All I can say is what an inspiration.

I used to love this guy when he drove - a true out and out racer. Horrific crash and lost both his legs but still got so much spirit and comes to the paralympics and wins gold.

Hes a god of a man, he always has been even before the crash in Germany. I have so much love and respect for him.

I don't think there are enough superlatives to cover Zanardi and how inspirational his journey is.

Totally agree the fact it was at Brands couldn't have been more fitting. This for me is the outstanding moment of the games regardless of how many team GB get, it's just pure human will power and strength to show what can be done.
