just an update on this after i sent them an email. they rung to confirm they had a computer error (hmmmm) and the clubs never left the warehouse so NO COURIER was to blame, in the email she claimed that if i had left a number they would have contacted me friday night to tell me the order wasnt being delivered saturday (but you had my email you could have let me know through there as i would have been checking it for the tracking number email to find out it wasnt coming and not needing to waste my saturday) but on the phone she said they didnt know about it until they came in this morning ( hmmconflicting stories from the same woman im begining to suspect porky pies here lol) but she would be more than happy to refund the £9.99 delivery charge for the inconvienience (why thanks im indebted to you for that lol) but i declined and asked to cancel the order as snaiton golf price matched me for them still tried 3 times to get them sent out to me tonight, nw i dont know about others but id rather pay a little more ifneed be to get reliable service...

Having my first experience with there delivery service at the moment. Ordered some balls and wheel covers last Wednesday and didn't hear anything until last night and they should be delivered today fingers crossed. Not bad for free delivery I guess.

Order something from DG... then you will see the difference. Never waited longer than 3 days for anything from them (that includes ordering on a Friday and getting it Monday).

I ordered Some Pro V Practice Balls a day after I ordered the tees from OG (So, Wednesday). Baws arrived Friday at 9.30am!

I can top this. I've got an account with a well known online store. Enquired about a custom 3 wood in mid July. Kept being told they were waiting to find out if they could get it. Several e-mails and a phone call later I called back in exasperation in mid August to be told it wasn't a problem and that they would send it out to me in two weeks as they had to wait for it to be made. I double checked the custom order to ensure they had the right spec. Two weeks later get a text to say club will be delivered on Wednesday. Make the mrs stay in doors all morning but no delivery, a problem with the courier apparently. Club is delivered on the Thursday, get home giddy as a schoolboy open the package to find they haven't sent me my custom order instead they've sent me the standard specification. Phone up to be told that they must have sent my order to another customer in error (*coughs* yeah right) so they have to order me in another club. So it's now two months since my initial enquiry and yes you've guessed it I'm still waiting for my fairway wood!!!!

I normally do if they are being delivered DPD or a courier of the like but these came through Royal Mail to my works address.
