well i ordered the clevelands on thursday night and payed the £9.99 for saturday delivery rung them last night toconfirm everythin was ok, which she confirmedit was and i would get an emai in the morning for the estimated delivery time, huh yeah right ok still no email still no delivery cant even contact them about it as they cant be bothered to have a help line on a saturday for if you have any problems.
well they can keep thier clubs !!
now for a beer

no status on my account is just at processed not dispatched or anything of the like, no the tracking number would come in the email from them which didnt arrive..

I cancelled my order for a Cleveland mashie with them as they still hadn't dispatched it after 4 days.

Absolutely shocking service.

Clubhouse golf had those same irons for 299, with 2 free wedges thrown in. Got mine last month.

AG just seems to hate the English.

I can honestly say that I have never had anything but positive service and advice from AG. Trying irons, woods, shoes etc I have always left thinking I got good service. World of Golf in Clydebank is top notch service wise.

Really surprised that your not getting the same service down there!

Not wishing to make you feel worse (but I'm going to) they are at Clubhouse Golf at £299. It does sound a courier problem and I'm usually AG's harshest critic on here but I doubt the issue is with them this time

I've never ordered anything from AG over the 'net.

Can't see the point. I'll either go in or buy from an online store that does proper online business.

well thats ok homer as they were £279 on ag
well as i havent been on here long or seen alot of posts on here about ag i didnt realise it would be such a big problem ethan, but im sure ag could have helped a little more on the situation as they could have given me an email to say its been dispatched which it doesnt show on my account just shows processed which could possibly mean still at their warehouse, could it not? so may not be a courier problem...
still when you are looking forward to receiving something for it not to turn up would leave anybody dissapointed?!?!

AG over the net just seem to be slow. My playing partner ordered a Superfast 2.0 driver over the net a few weeks ago and it took 6 days to arrive (2-3 quoted). I ordered 2 dozen baws on Tuesday and still not arrived.
Could have nay baws for Crail on Monday at this rate.

rgdave unfotunately im about 40 miles from the nearest ag so 80 mile round trip so would end up costing a few quid in petrol unfortunately

and no dont think it was yodel think it was dpd or something

You know I was going to post something similar about OnlineGolfs service going to the dogs after being brought by AG.

Takes a week to deliver a jumbo bag of tees! Now that's service!

OG used to be great, I actually stopped using them after the AG takeover. Bought a polo shirt, didn't arrive and told them, 4 attempts later it arrived, 6 weeks after order. Definitely not a courier error on that.
