Looking to change my car and one of the options is a car with Adblue. Never had that before. What are peoples experience of this? Is it a pain to add? Am I best to avoid?
I would check who makes the engine. The smaller engines in Mercs now are Renault.....avoid like the plague. Only the larger engines are Merc units.@Beedee thanks for the warning. I'm looking at a Mercedes so hopefully they don't have the same issue.
I'm looking at a B class. The 1.5 are Renault but I would be getting the 2.0, a Merc engine.I would check who makes the engine. The smaller engines in Mercs now are Renault.....avoid like the plague. Only the larger engines are Merc units.
Are you due to start collecting your pension soon then??I'm looking at a B class. The 1.5 are Renault but I would be getting the 2.0, a Merc engine.
How much do they charge per ltr?Our local BP garage just installed a dedicated AdBlue pump making it even easier.
Touch wood, had no problems w a 2015 Audi, gives a warning 1,000 miles ahead of the top up needed.
Can’t remember But thought it was cheaper than the bottled one.How much do they charge per ltr?
Cheeky . I was looking at a Golf but the B seems to be a little unfashionable so you get a lot of (very nice) car for your money. The slightly higher seating position won't go amiss either.........Are you due to start collecting your pension soon then??
Can't believe the price differential of Adblue will make any difference to anyone's motoring costs, it's fairly cheap everywhere and needed very infrequently. Can’t remember But thought it was cheaper than the bottled one.
