He was planning to retire at the end of the year, which it now is. Nothing strange? Unless him and Butch are going back to Tiger

Well he was New Zealands highest paid sportsman when he was with Tiger so he's probably got enough money to fall back upon, but it is surprising that he would retire already when he has had a fair bit of success with Scott aswell.
