A quick(ish) introduction

Hello people, just signed up and i'm having a nosey about to see what this is all about.
It's nice to have somewhere where i can chat about golf and golf related things as my better half is bored of listening to me bang on and on about it
I am a member of Cowes GC on the Isle of Wight and am playing off of 27. I am hoping to lower this this year to more respectable levels with the help of the nike victory reds i've purchased (if my round yesterday is anything to go by then it looks almost promising!!)
As i'm new here i do hope you'll forgive the inane replies i put to any of the threads but i will improve with experience unlike my golf
