I've already met some of you at the Machrihanish golf weekend over the past few years and I've finally decided to make use of my user name and get involved in the forum.

I'm Andrew McIntyre (good friends with The Craw for my sins).

I played the carrick last year, enjoyed it, although I played crap. I tagged along with a member, who works at the naval base as an engineer - a Geordie, nice chap.

I'm still paying off the bar bill though.........
