A Good Shoe for Achilles Tendonitis

Is it definitely AT if it is I had it for 3 years and the thing that got rid of it was heel inserts.

I went to the docs and then got referred to a specialist that moulded my feet and produced an insole.

Within a week it had gone.

Funny enough but not funny its back and I no longer have the insoles, perhaps I need to adhere to my own advice.

Don't have cortisone injections they are short term fixes and when they wear off it comes back worse in my experience.

I have a condition that causes pain along the back of the leg near the heel. Do have any recommendation for this? Thanks
see a podiatrists to make sure you are doing the right thing.
i found the Nike Air shoes are best to take the heel strike in my stride .
get some stiffish soled shoes that don't let your foot twist to much.
for £30 advice from a podiatrist is essential so you don't make things worse with the wrong shoes it's worth it.

suffer from this.

Footjoy contours work well, used to have a shock absorbing heal insert but no longer need it in my golf shoes but do have one in my everyday shoes.

Name of heal insert is sorbothane.

Since i am suffering from painful Achilles and having soleus problems I have just got fitted for some Footbalance insoles from my local sports shop.

The whole process is very simple and your insoles are heated then moulded to your feet.
Cost was £45 and has a 30 day full refund guarantee if your not happy,i hope I'm happy and they help.
