A game of two halves!

I had a similar round recently

42 front nine
55 back nine

We were stuck behind a slow four at the turn

Anyways we got in front of them but felt a but rushed = lost some rhythm

My excuse anyway

Injoyable round

Worth pointing out that Sergio went 34-27 in his second round the other day. If a pro can go seven shots better on a back nine, how much variability do you think we amateurs can manage?

I can sympathise with all these threads.Last couple of rounds scored 24 points off 8 holes, playing to 5 off a 20 handicap. Then blew up and only scored 10 points for the last 10 holes!! Next playing in a medal scored 61 for the front 9 (+25) then played the last 9 holes to a 5 handicap. back 9 more difficult.I could have cried!! Crazy this game .Still not worked out what happened for either the good or bad shots.NIGHTMARE...... total frustration. Almost put the gear on E Bay.
