Played in the Rabbits yesterday at Crowborough. Didn't stay for the prizegiving as I had to nip home to pick the missus up from work.
Checking the results posted on the clubs website and apparantly some bloke playing off 14 handicap came in with 84 points????????????????

Reminds me of a Captain's Day at my old place where a 28'er came in with 48 points. He'd been paired with another 28'er who came in with 47 and apparently neither had any idea how to score. The Commottee didn't check the cards properly and presented prizes only to find out later that really they'd scored 28 and 27............

That's been explained away by someone now as "A computer error" when what they mean is some nobber typed it in wrong!!
