31 points but happy as can be!

Played in a society day at Murvagh today. Weather was horrendous and bucket down for the first 9 hole but I managed to play my best golf ever in this weather. Blobbed the first but then picked up 19 points on the remaining 8. The back 9 wasn't so good with only 12 but thanks to great playing partners we were able to laugh at the water running down our necks and enjoy the day. Funnily my golf got worse when the rain stopped. Picked up the prize for best front nine as well.

Can now also highly recommend a pair of Footjoy raingloves, and the Stuburt waterproof jackets.

Rain???? 28 degrees and glorious here. Always hard in the rain so 31 isn't the end of the world and you got a prize so it wasn't a bad day all told
