You don’t practice and you don’t play enough In the past 6 months I’ve been able to go down to 3 days work a week, so been playing more often ( Apart from the crappy weather currently) My index has dropped from 25.5 to 19.8 It can be done, you need to just do it more often And forget the knockers, they are just jealous that they can’t improve as much as you can
