Any F1 fans, season start is just around the corner and testing is underway at the moment.
I'm looking forward to seeing Hamilton in red and hopefully Lando can go even better than last year.
I'd love to see Williams get back to somewhere near where they belong too.

Most fans are looking for close racing, hopefully with the top teams matching each other. I think it will be the same as the second half of last nseason as teams conserve their development time and £££ for next season.

The big changes in 2026 mean it will be a season where the current cars won't change as much I guess.

Interesting rumour that Susie Wolff might challenge Ben Sulayem for the FIA presidency in the election at the end of 2025. Ben Sulayem has been pretty divisive, so a change might be welcome.

But if she does win, I can't see how Toto could continue as a team principal. There would be a constant suspicion of conflict of interest.

I can hear Marko and Horner already 😅

I have gone for Louis.
Louis? I guess you mean Hamilton.

I would love to see him win an eighth title. Then he can retire as undisputed GOAT. The only issue is that I don't like to see Ferrari doing well.
My judgement is probably 50% because I think he has the talent and he may have the car and 50% because I like him, Not clever but betting isn’t really clever.
Certainly isn't. The only time my wife put a bet on a horse in the grand national they shot it!

Is it ok to ‘like’ a comment where the horse got shot?

Was it a Ferrari?

Not for me, Senna and Schumacher were both able to win when not in the best car. Sadly it has been more about the car than the driver for a long time now and my interest has waned.

Yet no one can get close to max when in the same car, pretty much the same for Lewis.

Schumacher only at the start, the last 2 or 3 were shoe in's unfortunately. 2000 - 2004 was a procession and anyone in that car would have been world champion by 2002. It was as bad to watch then as it had become now with RB

Many of the greats have won races without the best car.
(Hamilton managed several wins during 2009-2012 when the McLaren wasn't the best car).

But to be the GOAT requires that you accumulate multiple championships. And that needs the nous to make sure you are in the best car. Senna and Schumacher did precisely that. As did Prost - and Hamilton. The best example of them all is Fangio, who swapped teams to ensure he had the best car on a regular basis. The obvious example of a great driver managing to miss out by consistently choosing the wrong team is Alonso - he definitely should have more than 2 titles.
