2019 Rules books

I see that the USGA have gone to final version (June 2018) on their website but the R&A are still showing the March version.

Does anybody know when the full rules book will be available.

I am really interested in finding out what the changes to allowable local rules will be.

In particular stones in bunkers (better relief under current rule)

and Immovable Obstructions within 2 club lengths of a green.

I am starting to prep for new cards.

Are there any differences between the R&A March and the USGA June versions?

I have not read through it but I did notice a couple of errors in the proof copy.

One fairly big contra between two rules/definitions re animals.

So far it just looks like all the references to the 'committee' book have been added. I have only got as far as Rule 6
