Anyone ever seen someone do this before? A mate of mine bought a new driver which has given him a draw where he used to hit his old one with a fade.

Consequently he has taken one of his wedges out of his bag and now carries both drivers using whichever one suits the hole's shape.

2 x drivers, 2x putters, 2x 3hybrids and even 2 = specced wedges. Come to think about it there was once, 2x 7 irons (I didn't ask...)

I used to carry two drivers, an RBZ 9.5° with a regular shaft & an 8° R11 (now for sale!) with a stiff shaft for shots into the wind. Now the SLDR does such a good job of cutting through the wind I've ditched the second driver.

I wonder if you can take this to the next logical step - 2 adjustable drivers set up for each shot?

Apart from the fact you can't adjust a club during a round, and the time it would take per hole if you could, I can't see why most players would want two drivers. I know from bitter experience, I can't guarantee to put two swings the same consecutively so I can't ensure to use a fade and draw driver correctly. I'd rather use one, hit it more accurately and go from there
