0845 numbers

a short while ago somebody put up a link for finding alternative numbers to the premium rate lines. searched but can't find.

I need to register the guarantee for the tv but would rather not pay them extra for the privilege.

Although if your are on BT they are free to 0845 and 0870 anyway.

0870's are about to be subject to heavier regulation so they will probably dissapear (or you will get a message on the call telling you how much you will pay per minute)
