I am another one questioning why we need a gimmick to play faster golf. If people walked instead of dandered and didn't spend an eternity considering their shot (which will almost never pan out the way they ended up planning it), then sub 4 hour golf is easy for anyone.

I'm a good stone up in muscle over the last 18 months but only just starting to hit the ball further. I am convinced that muscle and exercise alone won't help, you need to train those muscles to work the correct way and that needs you to be making a swing.
