Hey, playing last week and one player chipped onto the green and set his wedge down on the green to mark the ball. Another player then hits onto the green and the ball strikes the first players errant club. Are there any penalties in this situation??

I have started trying the looking at the hole not the ball technique for putts within about 10 feet. Works really well!! Pace was maybe the only issue but inside 10 feet I could control it ok
